Harm Reduction
Part of being a community means taking care of each other! Our community goals are to commit to encouraging our peers to make safer choices by providing harm reduction services, tools and education before and throughout the event. Harm reduction education seeks to reduce the health and social harms through non judgmental and non coercive strategies.

The D6 Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a safe, inclusive and welcoming space, open 24 hours, available for everyone attending D6; this year we have a team of 10 amazing and experienced volunteers, including 3 VITAL certified psychedelic practitioners visiting from the States, to staff in male/female pairs throughout the festival. We aim to offer a compassionate, secure, comfortable and reassuring environment, where trained and highly experienced professionals hold space following the 4 pillar model from the Zendo Project by MAPS. https://zendoproject.org/.
We will open the space on Friday after the opening ceremony, providing also harm reduction information, materials and services, (including drug testing) in a respectful, confidential and non judgmental way; the Sanctuary will remain open with staff available at all times; on Sunday afternoon we will offer an “Integration Circle” to share, process and reflect on the experiences of the weekend, and/or previous journeys in a supportive and empowerment focused space. The Sanctuary and it’s staff will continue to be available on site until the closing ceremony.
Please familiarize where the Sanctuary and Medic tent are. If you don’t know where they are please ask the gate volunteers, security or organizers to assist you in location them.
Remember to hydrate, eat, rest, and stay cool from the sun and remember to wear ear plugs.
Also, if you are to require medical attention, there is a Medical tent onsite
