Code of Conduct of

Matrices and Vortices events

• Using welcoming and inclusive language;

• Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences;

• Showing empathy towards other community members;

• Focusing on what is best for the community;

• Comply with all Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental Guides;

• Consent culture and respect each other’s space. 

Unacceptable behavior from any participants includes:

Acting in a way that endangers themselves, the environment, or others;

Harassment or disturbance of event performances and its participants;

Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following;

Violent threats or language directed against another person;

Unwelcoming sexist, racist, homophobic, and transphobic remarks;

Unwelcome interaction or physical contact, sexual attention, or advances;

Acts of violence of any sorts.

Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Any conflict should be reported to Security or any Organizers to take immediate action
